Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team listed on our contact us page with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number inside the package.
Return Method: Returns can be completed by mail.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
